The setting
Weekend pour-over bar on our back dock at Oquirrh Lake. Show up on foot like a normal person, or paddle up — we have literally handed a cortado to a man on a paddleboard and it was the best day of our lives. Blankets in the basket. Sunrise crowd gets the good beans.
